The Eureka Mignon Silenzio: The new basic model of the Mignon series
The Mignon Silenzio from Eureka is the direct successor to the Mignon MCI and can be seen as the basic model of the Mignon series. However, being a basic model cannot be associated with poor quality in this context, because the grinders in the Mignon series have been delivering proven results in the production of optimal ground coffee for years.

In the further development of its product range, Eureka has paid particular attention to reducing the noise level of its grinders. This is already hidden in the name: Silenzio. The new model is particularly quiet, while the 50 mm disc grinder delivers perfect grinding results at all grinding levels.

Advantages of the Eureka Mignon Silenzio:
Eureka has installed the patented 4-point suspension in its Mignon series models, which supports quiet grinding. It allows the grinder to be removed for optimal cleaning without having to reset the old grinding level afterwards. The ACE technology prevents the ground coffee from clumping together. In addition, the bean container now holds around 50 g more beans at 300 g.
