The Eureka Mignon Puristico impresses with its simplicity. The grinder has all the features of the Mignon series that are responsible for the optimal grinding of your espresso beans. Technical aids have been deliberately omitted, just like "Puristico". This means that the grinder is technically up to date with the top models, but is priced lower. The Puristico is equipped with the patented 55mm Diamond Inside disc grinder, which is significantly more durable and productive than the grinders of the standard Mignon machines. The ACE technology prevents the coffee grounds from clumping and from becoming electrostatically charged - for a clean work surface and fine, homogeneous ground coffee. The Silent Range technology ensures that everything happens as quietly as a whisper, which is a real treat, especially in the morning when preparing the first espresso.

The grinding level can be adjusted micrometrically using the silver-colored rotary wheel. The coffee grounds are dispensed using the button in the middle of the machine, which is triggered using the portafilter. To do this, simply hook the filter holder into the removable hands-free portafilter fork and press lightly. Alternatively, grinding can also be done using the manual dispensing switch on the side. This is particularly useful if you want to grind into other containers instead of the portafilter.
