A technical revolution in the entry-level sector

Eureka has come up with a wide range of technical highlights for this hand-made grind-on-demand grinder. The most important thing is the perfect grind, because every coffee bean requires a different setting. A rotary wheel on the Eureka Mignon Classico is responsible for the stepless and micrometric grind setting. All that is missing is the information about the optimal grind for your coffee beans, so nothing stands in the way of enjoying your coffee. The advantage of the rotary wheel compared to the classic threaded ring on other grinders is that the grinder can be cleaned easily without having to change the grind setting.

The Eureka Mignon Classico is a grind-on-demand grinder, meaning it grinds the coffee beans fresh into the portafilter to be used. If required, the integrated timer can automatically grind the ground coffee at a desired time. The grinder is equipped with a 50 mm grinding disc for the best grinding results. The height-adjustable fork for inserting the portafilter has an additional clamping option. If the ground coffee is not to be ground into a portafilter but into a container, the fork can be easily removed. Thanks to the anti-electrostatic system (ACE), clumping of the coffee grounds is now a thing of the past. Electrostatic charging of the ground coffee is also now a problem of the past.
