All listed prices include VAT.

Delivery within Germany:

• Order value from €49.00 = Free shipping with DPD
• Special shipping for elektric gear such as coffee machines and electric grinders = €4.90 shipping fee
• Order value under €49.00 = Only €4.90 shipping fee

To ensure safe delivery, selected portafilter machines are shipped via freight forwarding. The shipping fee is €49.00.
Note: If shipping with DHL Deutsche Post, the shipping fee is only €3.90 for orders from €49.00.

Delivery within Austria:

• Order value from €99.00 = Free shipping with DPD
• Special shipping for coffee machines and electric grinders = €7.90 shipping fee
• Order value under €99.00 = Only €7.90 shipping fee

To ensure safe delivery, selected portafilter machines are shipped via freight forwarding. The shipping fee is €99.00.

For deliveries outside of Germany, the following shipping fees apply:

National shipments are sent as parcels under the conditions listed above via DPD or DHL Deutsche Post. International shipments are handled by DPD. We reserve the right to ship not only from our fulfillment center but also from another location if necessary.
The shipping terms valid on the day of order confirmation, as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions, price lists, or offers, apply.
Shipping to Norway and other non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland) is excluded.

Click, Ring the Bell & Collect
In addition to shipping, we offer the option to pick up your goods locally at the Coffee Hub. No shipping costs will apply for this option. "Click & Collect" is only available with payment via PayPal, Klarna, or credit card. After a successful order and receipt of the pickup notification, collection is possible during the following service hours:

Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 18:00 (with pickup notification)
