Buy a hand filter - enjoy a perfect filter coffee from the pour over coffee maker
What does it take to make the perfect coffee with a pour over coffee maker? Hand filter methods for making coffee are extremely simple. You only need a few things. - The classic ones are filter coffee with the right grind, a kettle or water boiler with the right pouring shape and brewing water and of course the hand filter itself. You should also not forget the coffee filter for the pour over coffee maker. It doesn't matter whether you choose a classic paper filter or a permanent filter. The permanent filter is a slightly more sustainable decision, as it can be reused after rinsing.
If you have all the necessary utensils ready, you don't have to go out of your way. Put the hand filter on the desired glass jug or cup, put the desired coffee filter in the hand filter and fill it with the freshly ground coffee powder. Then pour the brewing water from the kettle over the coffee powder in a circle to brew the filter coffee. Once your filter coffee has been brewed, filtered and run through, take the filter bag or permanent filter out of the filter holder. Then enjoy your freshly and deliciously brewed pour over coffee.
As a note: The water used should be just below boiling point at 90 to 95 degrees, so that the coffee does not burn accidentally. By grinding the coffee beans immediately beforehand in the coffee grinder, you will achieve a wonderfully aromatic result. To protect the environment, you can use paper filters made from recycled paper with a clear conscience.
