Improved wetting of the coffee grounds

The metal permanent filters for the Dripster have a precise diameter of 5 cm. Contrary to the usual use of coffee filters, the round filters made of stainless steel are placed on the ground coffee to achieve an improved distribution of the water. Drop by drop hits the fine metal filter and is brought into contact with the coffee grounds over the entire surface. This uniformity ensures better extraction results and the full development of the aromas.

Reusable

The filters are made of high-quality stainless steel and can be reused. The round metal filter is placed on the ground coffee and serves to better distribute the ice water from the Dripster. The actual filtration of the cold brew coffee is done by the built-in filter of the Dripster.
