The Eureka Mignon Brew Pro was specially designed for grinding coffee beans for filter coffee. The 55mm disc grinder, which is specially ground for filter coffee beans, is powered by a 310 W motor that runs at 1350 rpm. This enables a productivity of around 1.9-2.5 grams of homogeneous ground coffee per second, depending on the desired degree of grinding. The ground coffee is ejected into the collecting container specially developed for the Mignon Brew series. Thanks to the Silent Range technology, the Brew Pro works particularly quietly, a special feature of the entire current, high-quality Mignon series from Eureka.

operation via touch display

The grinder is controlled via the touch display, which is clearly laid out and equipped with digital portioning electronics for two portioning settings. The grinder can also be operated via a microswitch with a start/stop function. The Brew Pro's bean container holds 300 grams of coffee beans, which is absolutely sufficient for everyday use.
