The Mignon XL from Eureka is the much bigger brother of the other excellent models. Thanks to its almost 6 cm higher design, the machine looks much better next to large portafilter machines. In terms of technology, the XL version delivers the well-known quality in a correspondingly large version. The grinder consists of the large 65 mm Diamond Inside grinding discs used in the Atom Speciality Profi series, which deliver an excellent grinding result in a short time.

Comfortable control

In numbers, this speed means an output of 2.2 - 2.6 grams of ground coffee per second, depending on the selected grain size. The grinder is controlled via the convenient touch display, which can be used to save two programmable portion settings. As is usual with ground coffee on demand grinders, the extraction of the ground coffee starts when the extraction switch is operated by the portafilter. The portafilter fork is rubberized, removable and height-adjustable and can act as a third hand when preparing delicious espressos.

The Mignon XL espresso grinder is also impressive in terms of ease of use. Thanks to the Silent Range technology, a noise-reducing design, the grinder grinds particularly quietly. The ACE technology prevents electrostatic charging of the ground coffee and thus prevents clumping. The bean container holds around 300 g of beans.
