The Eureka Mignon Manuale is the basic version of the popular Eureka Mignon. The Mignon Manuale can do this

The Eureka Mignon Manuale is a classic espresso grinder designed for on-demand workflow. As long as the bean container is sufficiently filled with coffee or espresso beans, the grinder is activated by a switch below the ejector. The portafilter should be pressed against this switch until the desired amount of espresso powder is reached. To adjust the grinding level, Eureka uses the tried and tested stepless and precise system with the small rotary knob on the Mignon Manuale. An espresso grinder couldn't be much simpler. Inside, a 260 watt motor with 1350 revolutions per minute together with the 50 mm disk grinder made of hardened steel ensure adequate grinding performance. Thanks to Eureka's Silent technology, the coffee grinder is not too loud. Thanks to the comparatively low speed, the Mignon Manuale is one of Eureka's quietest grinders.
