The Eureka Mignon Specialità espresso and coffee grinder has a continuously adjustable 55mm steel disc grinder. The high-quality grinder is made of aluminum and impresses with its matt black appearance and great, modern design. The grinder is very easy to use. The timer can be controlled either mechanically on the side or via the high-quality touch display. The bean container, which is removable, is larger than the containers of the other Mignon models, holding up to 300 grams.

Quiet, precise and individually adjustable

With the Mignon Specialità, the grinding level can be adjusted very precisely. The 55mm disc grinder is mounted under a fixed grinding ring, and there is a rotary knob on the top of the housing with which the grinding level can be adjusted. This also makes the grinder very easy to clean. Overall, grinding is very quiet. The fork for storing the portafilter is height-adjustable and compatible for 2.5-5 cm.

Simply make your own selection via touchscreen

The digital timer allows you to program the amount of ground coffee. Two different doses can be saved and then selected via the touchscreen. The grinding time can also be determined. If the coarsest grinding setting is selected, the Mignon Specialità is also suitable for filter coffee like the French press.
