The story of Essse Cafè
The roastery was founded in 1979 by Francesco Segafredo with the aim of offering excellent coffee that ideally represents the Italian espresso concept. Today, the company stands for tradition and passion. The result of the constant search for improvement is that the company was one of the first in Italy to receive a quality certificate (UNI EN ISO 9002). This award not only underlines the success of the pursuit of excellence, but also reflects customer satisfaction. Since the 2000s, the roastery has also operated internationally and is now present in over 60 countries. Since 2002, Essse Caffè has also had another certification: modern technologies, environmentally friendly packaging and the commitment to reducing pollutants have enabled it to obtain certification of the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001. Since 2005, the roastery has provided coffee lovers with a training center.
