The Moak Single Origin Santos is grown and harvested in the highlands of the Alta Mogiana and Cerrado regions under the Brazilian sun. The harvest takes place between May and September. After the coffee beans have been mechanically washed, they are dried in the sun. The result is an excellent single origin highland coffee that is the perfect base for a real Italian espresso.
