This coffee is the result of a blend of 40% Arabica and 60% Robusta coffee beans. The beans come from selected plantations in Brazil, India and Central America and are roasted light to medium brown using a typical southern Italian roasting process. The roasted beans give off a spicy and fruity aroma. The espresso impresses with a harmony of balance, fullness and power and also has medium fruit notes and fine caramel and chocolate notes.
