The Gustosa from Zicaffé is a blend of 30% Arabica beans and 70% Robusta beans. The beans were roasted separately and intensely. The blend is harmonious with an intense aroma. The main notes are nuts and spices. A sweetness of vanilla harmonizes with rich cocoa.
