The Black of Italy is a blend of the finest Arabica beans. These select beans are washed and gently roasted. The special roasting profile of the Black of Italy allows the flavor to fully develop. The Black of Italy is particularly mild and aromatic, with special fruity notes. It also develops nuances of nuts, toasted bread and has a pleasant, long aftertaste with notes of cocoa. The crema of the Black of Italy is particularly velvety.
