Mild coffee, hardly any bitter substances

The Cremoso No. 46 from Pellini is a blend of 50% Arabica beans and 50% Robusta beans. The coffee is very mild, which makes it ideal as a breakfast coffee. It is lighter roasted than, for example, the Pellini Vivace, although its light roast ensures that it is not too strong, but nevertheless has a seductively harmonious aroma. The taste of the Cremoso No. 46 is slightly sweet and the aroma is very fine.

Perfect for fully automatic machines and portafilters

The beans selected for the Cremoso No. 46 were gently roasted by hand in a rotating drum to a medium degree. This roasting process makes it possible to remove the bitter substances contained in the beans, making the coffee very smooth. The coffee also has a particularly fine grind, which makes it perfect for preparation in a fully automatic coffee machine or a portafilter machine.
