Slightly sweet taste experience
The Top 100% Arabica from Pellini consists, as the name suggests, of 100% of the best Arabica beans from Central and South America. Thanks to the medium roast, the espresso is very mild and creamy with a noble and long-lasting taste. The fruity aromas give the espresso a slight sweetness. The flavor-bearing acidity is restrained in this balanced blend of pure Arabica beans. As is usual for Pellini, the beans are roasted slowly and gently by hand in the rotating drum.
