Automatic preparation

The Oracle™ from Sage enables coffee enjoyment in the very best barista quality and with comprehensive preparation convenience. The capabilities of this combination of portafilter machine and espresso grinder range from automatic grinding and dosing to tamping and the controlled extraction process to automated milk texturing. Espresso extraction and frothing of the milk can take place in parallel.

The Oracle ™ has a triple heating system. The steam container is separate and enables temperature stability via a heat exchanger. The espresso boiler and the brewing group can be regulated using PID control, thus ensuring high precision. The amount of espresso can be varied between single and double shots, as well as manual extraction. All relevant information is clearly displayed on the LCD display.

one-touch function

An innovative feature of the Oracle™ is the one-touch function, which brews a double espresso and simultaneously extends it with hot water via a separate spout to make an Americano. The automatic milk foam texturing helps to produce fine-pored milk foam, is ideal for latte art and makes the cappuccino taste even better.
