Classic Meets Modern

The Bezzera Matrix Top MN dual boiler portafilter machine skilfully combines classic components of espresso preparation with the most modern control elements. The heart of the machine is the E-61 brewing group. To the left and right of it are two cool-touch pipes with toggle switches made of rosewood, which are used to draw steam or hot water. In terms of design, Bezzera came up with the transparent and LED-lit side panels for the Matrix portafilter machine. They offer a view of the espresso technology inside and provide interesting ambient lighting in the kitchen. The 3.5" touch display is also striking.

Intuitive operation

The display allows you to operate the machine's most important functions intuitively. The PID control allows the two boilers to be controlled separately to ensure maximum temperature stability. There is also the adjustable pre-infusion and other customization options. In terms of convenience, there is also the brewing group rinsing program and a built-in timer. This allows you to pre-program the approximately 10-minute heating phase so that the machine is ready when the alarm goes off.

dual boiler system

There are two copper boilers inside the Bezzera Matrix Top MN. A smaller brewing boiler with a volume of 450 ml and a large steam boiler that holds 1.05 L. The fresh water for this comes either from the 4 L water tank or from a fixed water connection. Thanks to the dual boiler system, the Matrix offers a high steam output, even under heavy use. The powerful rotary pump provides the necessary brewing pressure.
