Intuitive user interface

The Sage Barista Pro portafilter machine is a well-thought-out combination of espresso machine and grinder. Equipped with an LCD display, the machine is intuitive to use and offers a good overview of all the important processes in the brewing process. These include, above all, the grinding settings and the extraction progress. The heart of the grinder is the precision conical grinder made of stainless steel with 30 different grinding levels, which can be finely adjusted and delivers homogeneous grinding results.

Thermo Jet® heating system

The innovative Thermo Jet® heating system from Sage ensures that the Barista Pro heats up extremely quickly, in just around 3 seconds. This means that the first espresso is prepared in record time, which provides unprecedented flexibility, especially in the early hours of the morning. Using PID control, the temperature remains constant throughout the entire brewing process, ensuring more reliable extraction of the aromas.

Powerful steam nozzle

The built-in portafilter has a diameter of 54 mm and holds between 19 and 22 grams of espresso powder. The steam nozzle is powerful and produces fine-pored milk foam, the temperature and consistency of which can be adjusted to suit your taste.
