The Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose is, as the name suggests, an espresso grinder designed and built for grinding single portions. The leaning grinder from Florence was built with an incline of 15 degrees, which reduces the dead space to almost zero. In terms of other specifications, the grinder is in no way inferior to other top models from Eureka. A 65 mm Diamond Inside disc grinder was installed, which can process up to 3.3 g of ground coffee per second.

Zero Retention mill

The “Zero Retention” grinder from Eureka allows for micrometric grinding adjustment and features Eureka's antistatic “ACE technology”, which counteracts electrostatic charging of the ground coffee. The Silent Range design ensures a quiet grinding process, even if it does not take an exceptionally long time.

Well-thought-out concept

The blow-up system on the 45 g single dose bean hopper completes the concept. This allows air to be pushed through the grinding chamber so that even the last residues are removed from the grinder. This is particularly advisable when changing the type of bean between uses to avoid flavor distortions. Last but not least, the elegant oak applications skilfully round off the elegant overall appearance of the slightly slanted grinder.
