Hesperia is a blend of Barbera, which consists of 60% Arabica beans and 40% Robusta beans. The beans come from Brazil, Colombia, India and Indonesia. The very dark roast has intense aromas. The taste is characterized by notes of chocolate and honey.

Beans were gently roasted

The beans were grown at an altitude of 1300 to 1600 meters. They come from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, India and Indonesia. They were roasted slowly and gently and then cooled with dry air instead of water.
