The Nordlicht is a round, lightly roasted espresso, which in its complexity of aromas does not need to shy away from comparison with mature wines. The full body is characterized by strong chocolate aromas, which are accompanied by fine, nutty notes due to the shorter roasting time of between 15 and 17 minutes. The composition of 90% fine Arabica beans from Brazil and Ethiopia to 10% finest Indian Robusta beans also delivers fine fruity berry aromas to round off the taste experience. Overall, the espresso has great notes of chocolate and fruit that harmonize perfectly with each other.
