The Schümli coffee from Allvendo is a blend of 85% Arabica beans and 15% Robusta beans. The beans were gently roasted in a drum. The acid content of the Schümli coffee from Allvendo is rather low and overall the espresso can be described as harmonious.

Medium-strong and mild – that's how you can describe the aroma of Schümli coffee. The light crema makes the fine aroma perfect and invites you to enjoy a balanced coffee. Choose a cappuccino, for example, when preparing it and you will notice how wonderfully the crema unfolds. Preparation recommendations: portafilter machine, moka pot or in a fully automatic coffee machine.
