The Crematic from Alps Coffee is a blend of 70% Arabica beans and 30% Robusta beans. The beans are very fine and come from Central America, South America, East Africa and South Asia. The crema is creamy and fine. The taste of the Crematic is characterized by notes of fruit and pastries, giving it a pleasant sweetness.
