The Monsooned Malabar from Allvendo is a blend of 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta beans. The taste is mild and noble. Overall, the aroma is very nutty. The crema is very fine. Preparation recommendation: portafilter machine, moka pot or fully automatic coffee machine.

Exposed to monsoon rain and wind during storage

The fine coffee beans were treated with the special monsooning process. This means that the raw beans are exposed to the monsoon rain and wind in open warehouses. The result is a chocolaty, spicy coffee. The beans were then gently roasted in the traditional drum roasting process.
