Classic Espresso
The Wildsau Espresso blend consists of 100% Arabica beans. The raw beans come from Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia. The Wildsau is a very mild, very classic espresso. The taste of the blend is characterized by notes of fruit and cocoa.
50% of the beans come from Brazil, and 25% each from Guatemala and Ethiopia. The beans are grown at 1100 to 2150 meters. Roasted very gently using the drum roasting process, the beans retain their full aroma. Wildkaffee places great value on sustainability and fair trade and sources 85% of the green coffee directly from regional coffee farmers.
