The Wilde Milde blend from the Wildkaffee roastery consists of 100% Arabica beans. To be more precise, it is a mix of four different varieties - Yellow Catuai, Typica, Catuai and Bourbon. 40% of the beans come from Brazil and 30% each from El Salvador and Burundi. The blend's taste is characterized by notes of nuts and berries. The beans were roasted very gently, light to medium, using the latest drum roasting technology, so they retain all their aromas.

Fair Coffee Trade

The Wildkaffee roastery attaches great importance to fair coffee trade and sustainability. Therefore, over 85% of the green coffee is purchased directly from regional coffee farmers. The beans are grown at an altitude of 1100 to 1800 meters and processed naturally immediately after harvest.
