Suitable for:

The Arabica coffee beans of the Arabica Yellow Bourbon variety grow in the Brazilian Cerrado region west of São Paulo. Because the coffee cherries are mirabelle yellow, they were given the name yellow. The smaller but hard beans ripen slowly, store a lot of sugar and are suitable for a gentle but intense espresso roast. The blend is refined with sweet, low-acid African Grand Cru coffees. The result is a full-bodied, mild espresso with intense sweet aromas of vanilla, caramel and roasted nuts. Topped off with a silky crema.
