The newer version of the Silvia Pro is now called Silvia Pro X and, just like the previous version, has a modern look. The Silvia X Pro is an espresso machine with a brewing group and dual boiler technology for classic home use. Espresso lovers can integrate it into their home barista kitchen in three different colors. The Rancilio Silvia Pro X is easy to operate via the digital display. The shot timer, temperature display and water alarm can be found here. The additional switch-on timer switches the machine on automatically after a preset time. The housing of the Silvia Pro X is made of stainless steel. Overall, the Rancilio espresso machine is space-saving as usual. The included portafilter made of chrome-plated brass has an ergonomic handle and therefore fits perfectly in the hand.

Gentle coffee enjoyment

The two PID controllers (proportional-integral-derivative) in the coffee boiler and the new Silvia X Pro steam boiler keep the heat constant during the brewing process. The display buttons offer simple electronic control and independent regulation of the different temperatures for coffee extraction and steam release. The "gentle pre-brewing" function, which can be activated, distributes the water from the coffee boiler onto the ground coffee with gentle pressure. This can be set from 0 to 6 seconds. This guarantees gentle and efficient extraction: This means that the sensory properties of each coffee blend are retained or even improved. With the powerful stainless steel steam nozzle, you can make cappuccino, latte macchiato and all other milk drinks with espresso like a professional.
