Thermal stability

The temperatures for both boilers of the Rancilio Silvia Pro portafilter machine can be controlled independently of each other via the PID controller. The thermal stability is particularly impressive, as the brewing temperature always remains constant even during continuous operation. Thanks to the dual boiler system with a 0.3 l brewing boiler and a 1 l steam boiler, coffee and steam for perfect milk foam can be produced at the same time. Thanks to the good insulation of the boilers, the Silvia Pro also saves energy.

Digital display shows a great overview

The Rancilio Silvia Pro has a digital display that can show the temperatures of the boiler. The display can also show the times of the shot timers and set a timer to switch the device on, usually in the morning. The Silvia Pro portafilter machine also has some high-performance components. These include the ergonomic portafilter and the 4-hole stainless steel steam lance with ball joint. The brass ring brewing group offers excellent brewing results in conjunction with the included 58mm portafilters with 8 g and 16 g sieves.

The Silvia Pro is just as easy to use as its little sister, the Silvia Eco. The additional functions that the Pro version offers allow a greater degree of individuality for coffee lovers.
