Floral and fruity enjoyment

The 100% Arabica Bio from Pellini, as the name suggests, consists of 100% Arabica beans from Central and South America. The countries of origin of the Arabica beans used include Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia and Peru. The espresso is very soft and full-bodied. In terms of taste, the Pellini Bio Arabica 100% is characterized by its noble fruity-floral and nutty nuances. The espresso also offers a great and fine crema. For optimal preparation, we recommend a portafilter machine or an espresso maker.

Coffee enjoyment with EU organic label

Coffee that bears the EU organic logo meets all the requirements of the EU organic regulation. The coffee may only be described as "organic" or "ecological" if it has been produced according to the rules of organic production. The rules of organic coffee production include, for example, natural coffee cultivation in mixed cultures in order to preserve biodiversity and soil fertility. In addition, the harvest must be carried out primarily by hand and mineral nitrogen fertilizers and chemical-synthetic pesticides as well as genetic engineering are prohibited. Whether these requirements are actually met is checked annually by an independent inspection body.

Gently roasted by hand

The selected beans were roasted gently and by hand in a rotating drum. This roasting process removes the bitter substances from the beans and makes the coffee particularly harmonious. The aromas can therefore develop perfectly and remain intense.
