Caffè Biologico

This blend consists of 80% Arabica coffee beans, including those from the highlands of Mexico, and 20% high-quality Robusta coffee beans from Uganda. Uganda is one of the best producers of high-quality Robusta coffee. Due to the topography, the growing regions have a hot and tropical climate, but this is greatly mitigated by the mountain ranges and thus remains relatively constant. Ugandan Robusta has a very intense and spicy taste with a fine fruity note. In addition, the Robusta content ensures that the espresso stands out very well against the milk in a latte macchiato or any other coffee drink prepared with milk.
