The Harem is the top blend from the Italian roasting company Passalacqua. This roast consists of 100% ten types of selected, hand-picked Arabica beans. The beans, which come from ten different countries, give this coffee an extremely high quality. The Jamaica Blue Mountain and Puerto Rico San Pedro in particular give this blend its exclusivity. The Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the most respected types of coffee on the international coffee market and shows that the roasting company works with high-quality coffee and knows how to handle it. The coffee beans are washed before roasting and are allowed to rest for several days after the roasting process before they are packaged in the aroma tin for the customer. The roasted beans are distinguished by their slightly oily consistency. This is created during the strong roasting and is characteristic of many southern Italian roasts.
