The traditional roasting company La Tazza d'oro from Sardinia has created a perfect espresso with this blend. The high-quality beans come from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil and India. The coffee beans were gently roasted in a drum roaster using the so-called long-term process. The 30% Robusta from India gives the coffee a thick, velvety crema and a delicious, chocolaty taste. The 70% selected Arabica beans give the coffee very fine fruity notes that are pleasantly noticeable on the front part of the tongue. This espresso is ideal as a base for preparing a cappuccino or latte macchiato. This blend contains all the experience of the traditional roasting company from Cagliari, which has been roasting to the highest standards since 1938 and is now known far beyond the borders of Sardinia.
