Meine Lieblingsbohnen für guten…

Meine Lieblingsbohnen für guten Espresse oder starken, schwarzen Kaffee mit wenig Säure. Benutzen die Bohnen in einem Zweikammer Vollautomaten mit einem Mahlwerk. Diese Bohnen harmonieren mit den schwachen Melitta bella crema Bohnen in der anderen Kammer. Es sind ja immer noch Reste beim Sortenwechsel in dem Mahlwerk und mit anderen Sorten hatten wir negativen Geschmackseinflüsse auf den von meiner Frau bevorzugten, schwachen Kaffee.
