Fine precision when infusing

Integrated temperature display
While pouring, keep an eye on the temperature using the built-in temperature display. The temperature display shows the exact water temperature in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. This means you don't run the risk of your coffee powder being poured too hot, developing unpleasant bitter substances and scalding. The optimal brewing temperature is between 90 and 96 degrees Celsius.
