Each machine is individually checked again after completion to ensure the high quality. The machine brews the coffee at a temperature between 92°C and 96°C. This optimal brewing temperature ensures that the coffee is not bitter or acidic. The aromatic oils are dissolved and distributed optimally in the filter coffee. The Moccamaster brews extremely quickly and quietly. 10 cups, or 1.25 liters, only take about 6 minutes. The 9-hole stainless steel water flow ensures that the coffee powder is efficiently moistened, which is essential for optimal extraction.

Well-thought-out concept

The entire concept of the Moccamaster with insulated pot is well thought out. The filter holder comes with a built-in drip stop, so you can pour yourself a coffee at any time during the brewing process. The pot itself has two lids, one that ensures a homogeneous mixture of coffee during the brewing process, and a transport lid for complete closure.
