Place the Fellow Corvo kettle on your countertop and plug it into the socket. Set the PID controller to the desired temperature between 57 and 100 degrees Celsius. The temperature is also displayed in Fahrenheit. If the switch on the back is in hold mode, the kettle will maintain the desired temperature for 60 minutes after heating. If the switch is not on, the kettle will go into standby mode after heating. Pour the hot water from the spout into your desired container with wonderful precision.
