The organic Wiener Crema is an Arabica - Robusta composition, whose beans come from Ciapas Mexico from the El Chorro farm, from Tolima in Colombia and India. The Indian Robusta beans, which are the Canephorra variety, are grown on the Elk Hill farm in Kerala. The coffee from controlled organic farming is grown at altitudes between 800 and 1650 meters and then picked by hand. A tasty composition of 75% Arabica beans and 25% Robusta beans.
