Why clean the grinder regularly?

Instructions for cleaning the coffee grinder:

1. Pour a capful of cafetto GC2 into the funnel.

2. Run the grinder to grind everything in the hopper.

3. Remove the grinder cleaner dust from the bean hopper with a fine brush.

4. Finally, before grinding the coffee beans again, grind a cup of coffee beans to remove any remaining dust. Then dispose of the ground beans.
