Silent Helper

With the Sage Puck Sucker, you can now easily and silently remove coffee pucks from the portafilter. This means that you will never have to laboriously remove the espresso puck from the portafilter again. Thanks to the automatically activated suction cup, the product creates a vacuum that gently and silently removes the espresso puck from the portafilter in one go. This means no more unwanted noises in the kitchen and no damaged portafilters. The Tritan container has space for 10-12 coffee pucks and can be cleaned in the top compartment of the dishwasher after use. The container has a rubber base and therefore offers a firm stand when in use.

For cleaning

Remove the Puck Sucker lid from the container and dispose of the coffee pucks in the trash can. To remove the container, press the lid on both sides. Once the container is completely empty, wash it out with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Wipe the container thoroughly inside and out with a soft, dry cloth.

Note: The container is dishwasher safe (top rack only). To clean the lid: Wipe any coffee residue from the lid with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. DO NOT wash or rinse the Puck Sucker lid under running water. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid. Keep the inlet and outlet areas clean and free of coffee grounds or other particles to ensure good suction quality.

Using the Puck Sucker

1. Make sure the Puck Sucker is stable and upright on a flat surface.

2. Insert the portafilter into the puck sucker. It must touch the red switch.

3. Carefully press the portafilter down and hold it straight and horizontally on the puck sucker lid until the coffee puck falls into the container.

Manufacturer's Note: Do not move or wiggle the portafilter on the puck sucker as this will prevent the vacuum from forming. If the puck does not fall out after 10 seconds, pull the portafilter out and try again. It may be because a sufficient seal has not been achieved.
