Mocambo Suprema: spicy espresso that inspires with plenty of temperament
The high-quality Mocambo Suprema coffee beans do not come from Italy, but from Radevormwald. According to Italian tradition and with a lot of passion, Giuseppe Drago roasts his beans there using a gentle drum roasting process.
A noble miscela
The Mocambo Suprema coffee is made up of 70% Arabica coffee beans and 30% Robusta coffee beans. While the Arabica comes from the Sul de Minas growing areas in Brazil and Tarrazu SHB in Costa Rica, the spicy Robusta comes from Kerala in India.
Roasting at Mocambo
Mocambo uses a slow and gentle roasting process: the beans are roasted in the drum at a temperature of 215 degrees for between 16 and 18 minutes. This allows all the aromas of the coffee beans to fully develop. After roasting, the beans are air-dried for a short time.
The taste – a pleasure
The Mocambo Suprema coffee scores with little acidity and a very intense taste. Fine flavors of toasted bread, amarena and cocoa make every cup of this espresso a wonderful experience. The balanced caffè has a thick crema and can be prepared in a portafilter or fully automatic machine.
No matter whether pure espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato – with its spiciness and harmonious aroma, the Mocambo Suprema pampers the discerning palate.
