The Kimbo Extreme Espresso Bar Blend is an excellent blend consisting of 65% Arabica beans and 35% Robusta beans. The fine Arabica coffees come from the highland regions of Brazil and Central America, and the blend is refined with Robusta beans from India.

Neapolitan roasted and refined

Roasted particularly gently and darkly according to Neapolitan tradition, Kimbo creates a very special blend with Espresso Extreme. The dark roasting and the Robusta content create an espresso with a wonderfully round, full and particularly intense taste. Accompanied by notes of spice and chocolate, this espresso becomes a very special taste experience. The aftertaste of the blend is long-lasting and creamy. In the cup, the espresso presents itself with a stable crema.

Preparation in a fully automatic machine or with a portafilter

The dark and intense roast with its perfectly balanced acidity is ideal for preparing a perfect southern Italian espresso. In addition to preparing it in a portafilter, we also recommend preparing it in a fully automatic coffee machine or in combination with milk-based coffee specialties such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.
