La Brasiliana Extra – traditional roasting art & exquisite beans
Spicy coffee beans from careful roasting ensure that you start the day well with the strong Miscela La Brasiliana Extra.
High-quality beans from the best growing areas
The fine coffee blend from the La Brasiliana roastery in Ferrara consists of 60% fine Arabica beans from Central and South America. Added to this are 40% high-quality Robusta beans from growing regions in Africa, Asia and India.
Careful slow roasting
Each origin is roasted individually and slowly at temperatures between 160 and 225 degrees, in two phases: a mechanical roasting process and a hand-controlled roasting process. The beans are then stored for a maximum of one week and only mixed to make La Brasiliana Extra shortly before delivery. Torrefazione La Brasiliana attaches particular importance to this.
La Brasiliana Extra – an extra strong espresso
The result is particularly popular with coffee drinkers who appreciate spicy and strong espresso varieties. The balanced La Brasiliana Extra coffee has a light fruity note, plenty of fullness and strength, and is characterized by a very dense crema. The beans are suitable for preparation in both a portafilter and a fully automatic machine.
Whether pure as an espresso between meals or in coffee mix drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato – the fine beans of the La Brasiliana Extra coffee blend are among the greatest coffee blends of Italian roasting.
