Accurate weighing result

The Hario V60 Drip Scale allows you to weigh your coffee to the exact gram. The range of the recorded weight is from 2 to 2000 grams and is accurate to +- 0.2 g within the first 200 g. In the weight class up to 500 g the accuracy is +- 1 g, everything above this can deviate by up to 3 g. This makes the Hario V60 Drip Scale ideal for preparing delicious pour over coffee, for example with the V60 Dripper from Hario, the Chemex, or other hand filter methods.

Reproducible results

For perfect – and above all reproducible – hand filter results, you need not only good, freshly ground coffee but also the ability to monitor and control the extraction process. The Hario V60 Drip Scale makes it possible to simultaneously measure the weight increase caused by the brewing water as well as the time elapsed in the extraction process. This allows the important blooming phase as well as the flow rate of the brewing water to be influenced in order to extract the fine aromas from the coffee, but without releasing too many bitter substances.
