The Graef Salita is a compact portafilter machine. The high-quality plastic housing is visually enhanced with a stainless steel band and underlines the modern design of the Salita. It is particularly easy to use, as all functions are controlled via a rotary dial. The espresso pump supplies the machine with the necessary brewing pressure of 15 bar.

The quickly heating thermoblock ensures that the device is ready for use quickly, and the 1.25 l water tank provides the necessary endurance. The pre-infusion enables a pre-brewing function, which improves the aroma in the cup.
