The El Salvador La Dalia blend from Elbgold is a pure Arabica coffee of the Pacamara variety. The beans come from the Cuyanuzul region in El Salvador. There it was processed locally using the red honey process. The blend is characterized by a mixture of aromas of blackberries, cocoa and cane sugar.

Complex preparation of the beans

The special feature of this roast is that it was prepared using the complex Red Honey Processing method. During the drying process, parts of the coffee cherry's pulp stick to the bean. This creates a sweet crust.
