The Mechanika MAX is equipped with an additional sensor in the inlet of the brewing group, which ensures the precise temperature control of the thermosyphon through a sophisticated control system. With this combination of the single-circuit principle and the flexibility of the dual-circuit principle, you can rely on consistently consistent temperatures. With the HX mode, the machine can be operated as a regular dual-circuit machine. The boiler temperature can be easily and precisely adjusted using the PID. The Flush Advisor (FLU) is an indispensable accessory for every espresso lover. With its help, the HX mode is expanded to include a recommendation for a flush if the machine has overheated due to a long period of inactivity. This prevents the espresso from being brewed too hot and thus losing quality. The FLU can also be activated and displayed via the PID and ensures that you can always brew your espresso at the ideal temperature. Control Mode and Preinfusion

The Brew Temperature Control mode (btC) is the perfect solution for all coffee lovers who value a constant brewing temperature. With the intelligent control technology, you can set the brewing temperature directly and thus ensure optimal stability. The sensor on the head of the brewing group precisely measures the temperature and thus ensures a perfect result for every cup of coffee. With the Mechanika MAX, you can not only individually adjust the grinding level and the pressure of the brewing water, but also adapt the pre-infusion to your wishes. The active and passive pre-infusion can be set separately to enable precise adjustment to your individual taste.
