The new 2-in-1 Cold Brew Dripster combines both the cold drip and full immersion processes in one practical product. With the cold drip process, ice-cold water is added drop by drop to the ground coffee. With the help of the Dripster's valve, the optimal speed of one drop per second can be easily achieved and maintained. The brewing process takes between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the selected flow rate and water quantity.
For the full immersion process, the enclosed metal filter is placed in the water tank and the valve is completely closed. The ground coffee is placed directly in the tank and poured over with cold water. For complete extraction, the coffee is allowed to brew for 18-24 hours, which ideally takes place overnight in the refrigerator. After successful extraction, the cold brew can be released through the valve into the glass cup, while the metal filter reliably filters out annoying coffee sediment and leaves behind excellent cold brew coffee.
